How do I return an item?

Returns:
All returns will be accepted in original, unused, condition for full refund within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method with the original invoice. Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit. Returns received without an invoice will be credited at the current selling price. To return by mail, include the items to be returned with the invoice, if available, and send to:

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the originally purchased item within 60 days of order receipt, and send the original item to:

Please specify the requested return item on the original receipt and indicate the reason for exchange. If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a mistake by Carol Maguire Home, we will pay the shipping costs both ways. A replacement item will be sent to you via UPS Ground delivery service.
